- Manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including registration, updates, and maintenance.
- Oversee the management and data entry of application documents such as resumes and cover letters.
- Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with candidates, interviewers, and agents.
- Assist in recruitment progress management, status updates, and report creation.
- Communicate and coordinate with recruitment agencies, handling the receipt and organization of application documents.
- Support administrative tasks related to offer creation, including document preparation and internal application support.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including document collection and system registration.
- Manage recruitment-related data and filing.
- Support general administrative duties within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Potentially engage in recruitment data analysis, KPI management, and ATS operational improvements based on interest and aptitude.
- Interest in administrative or talent acquisition tasks with a desire to gain practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic PC operations, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform data entry and management tasks accurately and meticulously.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and ability to manage information appropriately.
- Capability to facilitate smooth communication internally and externally.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing level).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
No prior experience required, though an interest in administrative or talent acquisition roles is preferred.
