Prada Group Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring required service levels are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and in IT systems.
- Participate in the management of uniform and gift flows.
- Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system negatives promptly.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand is required.
