- Develop and implement the global SEO strategy for all Prada Group websites across 30+ markets.
- Analyze search trends and algorithm behaviors on platforms like Google, Baidu, Naver, Yahoo Japan, Bing, and Yandex.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and produce monthly and quarterly KPI reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Content, UX/UI, IT, E-commerce, and Merchandising to integrate SEO best practices.
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and multilingual content strategies.
- Partner with internal and agency teams to create SEO-driven editorial content.
- Oversee the implementation of SEO technical developments with IT and Agile teams, ensuring quality assurance in both staging and live environments.
- Manage internal site search optimization using behavioral data and semantic logic.
- Maintain the SEO roadmap and manage tasks using Jira and Confluence.
- Drive local SEO efforts, ensuring NAP consistency, resolving issues, and launching new listings.
- Align SEO efforts with Paid Performance to achieve synergies and shared KPIs.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine updates, and AI-powered search platforms.
- Develop strategies for visibility in emerging generative AI search experiences.
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within the fashion or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in managing multilingual SEO in international markets.
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including HTML, JS, SPA, AEM, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, particularly with distributed teams.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Qlik, and Looker Studio.
- Expertise in SEO platforms including GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Algolia, and Yext.
8+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry, with a focus on multilingual SEO management.
