- Identify local training needs in collaboration with local business support departments and Headquarters Training leadership to develop effective training programs.
- Create, develop, and implement training programs using diverse delivery modes including in-person, digital platforms, and gamification apps.
- Train store staff to ensure optimal customer experience in alignment with corporate and brand standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Client Journey, including Human Touch, Brand DNA, and Clienteling.
- Support Retail Merchandisers in delivering product training.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor to support store teams with continuous observation and feedback on customer interaction behaviors.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new store employees, providing training alongside the HR department.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training activities through quantitative and qualitative KPIs and feedback from Retail management.
- Provide continuous feedback to Head Office Line Managers/HR and Store Management on team and individual progress.
- Manage budgets and costs related to store training.
- Utilize digital tools and LMS platforms effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Store/Retail Trainer with a focus on Client Journey and Clienteling
- Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Client-centric attitude, teamwork, problem-solving, flexibility, and empathy
- Ability to analyze data for reports and surveys, including store KPIs, to define training needs
- Capability to structure and deliver a full training cycle, including in-person activities, webinars, and e-learnings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, LMS digital platforms, and training digital solutions
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the market
