1. Identify local training needs in collaboration with local business support departments and Headquarters Training leadership to develop effective training programs.
2. Create, develop, and implement training programs using diverse delivery modes including in-person, digital platforms, and gamification apps.
3. Train store staff to ensure optimal customer experience in alignment with corporate and brand standards.
4. Ensure proper implementation of the Client Journey, including Human Touch, Brand DNA, and Clienteling.
5. Support Retail Merchandisers in delivering product training.
6. Maintain a presence on the sales floor to support store teams with continuous observation and feedback on customer interaction behaviors.
7. Participate in the onboarding process for new store employees, providing training alongside the HR department.
8. Monitor the effectiveness of training activities through quantitative and qualitative KPIs and feedback from Retail management.
9. Provide continuous feedback to Head Office Line Managers/HR and Store Management on team and individual progress.
10. Manage budgets and costs related to store training.
11. Utilize digital tools and LMS platforms effectively.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Store/Retail Trainer with a focus on Client Journey and Clienteling

1. Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills
2. Client-centric attitude, teamwork, problem-solving, flexibility, and empathy
3. Ability to analyze data for reports and surveys, including store KPIs, to define training needs
4. Capability to structure and deliver a full training cycle, including in-person activities, webinars, and e-learnings
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, LMS digital platforms, and training digital solutions
6. Excellent project management skills
7. Experience in planning and budgeting
8. Proficiency in English is a plus
9. Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the market
