Prada Group Retail Business Systems Analyst

- Collaborate with Retail Business and Logistics teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Map existing processes and design optimized workflows using SAP supply chain modules.
- Advise on best practices for system functionalities to enhance retail and logistics operations.
- Ensure smooth operation of retail systems by troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and providing user support.
- Conduct detailed analysis of retail business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation and updates of retail systems such as POS, Back of House, and CRM.
- Test and evaluate new functions before deployment.
- Identify and document discrepancies between retail systems and business requirements, ensuring adjustments are made.
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries from retail and logistics teams.
- Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training.
- Collaborate with data teams to create Power BI and B.O reports and dashboards.
- Manage the defect resolution process efficiently and handle re-testing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle retail systems implementation.
- Experience in designing and configuring systems such as POS, replenishment systems, and SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Experience with SAP is recommended.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Experience with data migration and integration.
A minimum of 5 years in full cycle retail systems implementation and designing/configuring systems such as POS and SAP SD.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
