1. Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service in line with the client journey ceremony.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
3. Achieve KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
6. Promote the Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
12. Follow company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
13. Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

3. Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous
