1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
3. Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote and embrace an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room and participate in daily store operations.
12. Adhere to company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
13. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and working collaboratively with colleagues.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers.
2. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in spoken English.

Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
