1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada Group's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve store sales targets and enhance sales performance both in-store and online.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's history and culture.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
12. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, and inventory.
13. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion
3. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluent spoken English

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.
