Prada Group Onboarding and e-Learning Specialist

- Coordinate and manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, including materials, kits, communications, logistics, and adherence to global onboarding guidelines.
- Plan and organize both in-person and remote onboarding sessions, such as welcome days and on-site visits.
- Track feedback to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and continuously improve processes at local and global levels.
- Design and coordinate digital learning courses in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Oversee the development of training content, ensuring instructional quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
- Manage and update training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the creation of training catalogs and blended learning paths.
- Monitor course participation and produce regular reports on completion rates, training KPIs, feedback, and data analysis.
- Collect, organize, and report training data for internal use or external funding opportunities.
- Ensure accurate training records within the LMS.
- Provide timely and accurate training data for internal reports, audits, and ad hoc data requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in humanities, psychology, education, communication, business administration, or related fields.
- HR, training, or project management certifications are considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including vendor management.
- Familiarity with reporting processes and training tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and result orientation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive mindset and operational flexibility.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in similar roles within structured or multinational companies.
Bachelor’s degree in humanities, psychology, education, communication, business administration, or related fields.
