1. Oversee import/export schedules for luxury goods and non-merchandise cargo via air, ocean, and courier, with a focus on DHL Express shipments.
2. Manage logistics for high-value items, trilateral trade, and duty-free cargo.
3. Serve as the central point of contact for warehouses, retail stores, and internal departments to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues.
4. Proactively manage and resolve shipping discrepancies, including damage, transit delays, and partial deliveries.
5. Verify import/export regulations and prepare specialized documentation, including CITES permits.
6. Partner with customs brokers to define HS codes and clarify raw material versus finished product classifications.
7. Facilitate and manage Tax Quota/Technical Query applications and compliance.
8. Process partner invoices, obtain freight quotes, and manage shipping data for monthly financial reporting and purchase requisitions.
9. Maintain rigorous digital filing systems for all import/export documentation and update master Excel checklists.
10. Generate detailed shipping analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.

1. Proven experience in import/export logistics, preferably within the luxury retail or high-value goods sector.

1. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Concatenate, and IF functions.
2. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in digital filing systems and ERP environments.
4. Fluency in English for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
5. Strong telephone etiquette and collaborative mindset.
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure during troubleshooting.

Proven experience in import/export logistics, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury retail or high-value goods.
