2. Monitor the processing workflow to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
3. Prepare and manage chemicals and equipment necessary for treatment.
4. Conduct visual inspections to verify the quality of treated leather.
5. Collaborate with management to resolve any anomalies.

1. 5 years of experience in leather treatment and finishing within tanneries or similar production environments.
2. Familiarity with leather characteristics and chemical and mechanical treatment processes.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling chemicals.
4. Precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
5. Teamwork aptitude and adaptability.
