1. Craft individual prototype, collection, or made-to-measure garments, overseeing the entire production process.
2. Operate sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and other specialized equipment, to construct garments.
3. Collaborate closely with pattern-making, design offices, and relevant company functions to ensure complete garment realization.
4. Perform necessary finishing and modifications to meet required quality standards.

1. Proven experience as a prototype tailor in the luxury apparel sector, preferably within a leather garment workshop.
2. Proficiency in operating various sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and specialized machines.
3. Excellent knowledge of materials such as leather and fabric.
4. Ability to interpret patterns and read technical sheets.
5. Strong orientation towards quality, with excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
