- Lead international projects as a Project Leader, managing global resources and overseeing governance and project management activities.
- Support local IT teams in their interactions with the Prada Group Headquarter.
- Manage relationships with worldwide IT service providers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Facilitate communication and access within retail and corporate IT projects.
- Oversee local IT budgets, analyze forecasts, and monitor expenditures.
- Participate in monthly alignments with local IT leaders to track ongoing projects.
- Perform data analysis on ticket lifecycles, ensuring compliance with SLAs and user satisfaction.
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve issues and manage tickets.
- Draft functional analyses for new projects.
- Conduct regular alignments with Prada Group leadership.
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing global projects with an IT focus, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for analysis; experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to evaluate data and identify key trends.
- Capability to collaborate with geographically dispersed project teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and writing skills.
- Autonomous and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing international IT projects, ideally within a consulting firm.
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
