Prada Group IT Specialist

- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects in collaboration with various departments.
- Provide IT support and manage the IT ticketing system for the Northern Europe head office.
- Support and maintain IT hardware and custom software solutions.
- Administer and monitor hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Offer technical support for software applications and hardware systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and operate PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices in stores and the head office.
- Ensure compliance with group IT guidelines and standards.
- Create documentation and conduct user training sessions.
- Completed training in IT specialist studies, IT management, computer science, or information management.
- Experience in a retail organization is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and XStore.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware and client operations in network environments.
- Strong communication and user training skills.
- Experience with remote analysis and troubleshooting.
- Reliable, independent, and systematic work approach.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Basic knowledge of SAP for end-user support is desirable.
Experience in IT support, preferably within a retail organization, with a focus on hardware and software administration.
Degree or training in IT management, computer science, or information management.
