Prada Group IT Catalog Applications Specialist

- Manage and configure catalog-related platforms such as PIM, DAM, Search Engine, and Syndication Engine in collaboration with product, e-commerce, marketing, and retail teams.
- Support PIM integration with ERP, DAM, eCommerce, PLM, and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze catalog-related processes to identify areas of improvement and propose technical solutions.
- Support the functional and technical evolution of catalog platforms through requirement gathering, analysis, testing, and release activities.
- Document data flows, technical/functional specifications, configurations, and operating procedures.
- Monitor platform performance in production, manage incidents, handle support requests, and drive platform optimizations.
- Contribute to strategic projects such as international rollouts, onboarding of new collections, and launch of new digital channels.
- 2–3 years of experience with Product Information Management and catalog-related platforms, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
- Proven experience in managing the product data lifecycle in omnichannel contexts.
- 1–2 years of experience in Agile project environments (Scrum or Kanban), with active participation in sprints, refinement, backlog grooming, and testing.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospectives).
- Understanding of enterprise IT architectures and integration logic (REST APIs, middleware, ETL).
- Familiarity with core systems connected to the product catalog: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), DAM, PLM, CMS, eCommerce, marketplaces.
- Ability to work both independently and in dynamic team environments.
2–3 years of experience with Product Information Management and catalog-related platforms, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
