- Contribute to the implementation of responsible chemical management programs with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Support water conservation activities within the supply chain.
- Contribute to the development of initiatives for resource efficiency and Scope 3 footprint reduction.
- Be responsible for data collection and preparation of sustainability and ESG disclosure reports.
- Participate in organizing training sessions on sustainability topics for suppliers and colleagues from other departments.
- Support the management and updating of the supplier sustainability platform.
- Work with the team to innovate processes and tools supporting sustainability goals.
- Degree in Economics & Sustainable Development, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Sustainability, CSR, environmental compliance, or ESG focused roles, preferably in structured Industrial Companies or Consulting.
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and key industrial sustainability topics.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and business analysis abilities.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Teamwork, proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of both English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Experience in international or cross-functional projects is a plus.
2 years of experience in Sustainability, CSR, environmental compliance, or ESG focused roles, preferably in structured Industrial Companies or Consulting.
Degree in Economics & Sustainable Development, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
