Prada Group Human Resources Specialist

- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and reliability of HR processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide optimal service to staff.
- Offer robust support on operational HR matters.
- Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee follow-up.
- Provide advisory and support services to employees.
- Manage administrative HR tasks including employee records from hiring to departure.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR tools, in coordination with payroll and technical support.
- Maintain and update HR reports (entries, mobility, headcount, organizational charts).
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees with managers.
- Ensure timely delivery of contracts and related documents to employees.
- Draft communications regarding new hires and promotions.
- Monitor HR deadlines and associated reporting (probation periods, leave tracking, contract end dates, parental leave).
- Provide daily support to employees, addressing HR-related inquiries (absence management, work hours, benefits).
- Offer personalized support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Distribute job postings and select suitable candidates.
- Source candidates and build talent pools across all roles.
- Participate in recruitment processes independently or with the Recruitment Manager.
- Manage intern recruitment campaigns and maintain active awareness of industry recruitment practices.
- Handle temporary staffing requests in collaboration with agencies.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment of interns, apprentices, and alumni.
- Participate in HR projects: training plans, employer branding, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, annual reviews, budget reviews, salary revisions.
- Support disciplinary procedures and individual relations: drafting warnings, managing consensual terminations, participating in dismissal procedures.
- Verify monthly variable compensation for retail staff.
- Manage and track invoicing.
- Produce monthly workforce reports.
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
- Experience in Retail through an apprenticeship, internship, or initial professional experience.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Operational level of English.
- Reliability, rigor, and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Project and team-oriented work style.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in Retail through an apprenticeship, internship, or initial professional role is preferred.
Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
