- Support the recruitment process by defining company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company.
- Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
