1. Support the recruitment process by defining company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
2. Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
3. Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
4. Provide advice and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues.
5. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company.
6. Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.

1. Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1. Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
2. Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
