1. Support the recruitment process by managing job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
2. Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
3. Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
4. Offer advice and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues.
5. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company.
6. Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.

1. Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Human Resources is essential.
