- Provide support for the activation of external specialist consultancy in workplace safety activities, including environmental monitoring and analysis, biological risk assessment, risk assessment document preparation, fire prevention measures, and work-related stress management.
- Coordinate with the Health and Safety Managers (RSPP) to manage relationships with key institutional bodies (INAIL and ASL) regarding occupational diseases, workplace safety, accidents, and inspections.
- Collaborate in the planning, delivery (including teaching activities), and monitoring of company training/information in compliance with DLGS 81/08 and subsequent regulations at industrial sites.
- Support the management of health surveillance in coordination with the Competent Doctor, RSPP, and Human Resources, including scheduling and conducting medical examinations, and communicating fitness or any limitations.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques
- Motivation and specific interest in developing a professional career in the field of Health and Safety at Work
- Minimum of 6 months of experience post-degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with Health & Safety management software is preferred
