1. Assemble individual garments for sampling and production, managing the entire garment creation process.
2. Operate sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and other specialized machines, to construct garments.
3. Collaborate closely with pattern-making, design offices, and relevant corporate functions to ensure complete garment realization.
4. Execute necessary finishing and modifications according to required quality standards.

1. Proven experience as a prototype tailor or production laboratory technician in the apparel sector, gained in an atelier or specialized tailoring laboratory.
2. Proficiency in using sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and special machines.
3. Excellent knowledge of materials, such as fabrics.
4. Ability to interpret patterns and read technical sheets.

1. Quality orientation, excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.

Substantial experience in garment prototyping or production laboratory roles within the clothing industry.
