1. Engage in Finance transformation project activities focused on the implementation of SAP S4 Hana.
2. Support finance transformation teams and finance departments across Group Companies in data cleansing and cutover activities.
3. Assist in managing transitional activities from legacy systems to new systems.
4. Contribute to the preparation of finance process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
5. Conduct data analysis to support transformation initiatives.
6. Participate in workshops for localization analysis and collaborate in designing localization solutions for global rollout.
7. Provide assistance to finance teams during the go-live and post go-live phases of the transformation project.

1. Degree in economic subjects or currently pursuing a degree in economics.

2. Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
3. Quick learner with the capacity to work in an agile and dynamic setting.
4. Proficient in managing details related to various finance processes.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with finance processes and systems is advantageous.
