Prada Group Facilities Coordinator

- Monitor facilities and maintenance tracking tools to ensure timely and prioritized project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers at points of sale and office sites.
- Create and update maintenance cycle reports for points of sale and office sites.
- Support the Facilities Manager in executing strategies, procedures, and methods for maintenance activities.
- Analyze the quality of conservation and functionality of sites through visits and report reviews.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with general administration and coordination of facilities activities.
- Track budget and project status reports for maintenance activities across the region's store network and office sites.
- Degree or formal education in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is advantageous.
- Competence in creating and updating maintenance cycle reports.
- Ability to analyze site conditions and document findings.
- Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to ensure facilities meet corporate image and operational standards.
- Understanding of maintenance tracking tools and reporting systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Experience in facilities coordination or a related field is required, with a focus on maintaining operational continuity and managing stakeholder relationships.
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
