- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
- Motivate and manage the department team to exceed sales targets and deliver extraordinary client service.
- Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive team performance to exceed KPIs and foster e-commerce channel development.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and expanding the local customer base.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure visual presentation standards and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
