1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and ensuring exceptional customer service.
2. Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
3. Motivate and manage the department team to exceed sales targets and deliver extraordinary client service.
4. Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive team performance to exceed KPIs and foster e-commerce channel development.
7. Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and expanding the local customer base.
8. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
9. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
10. Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
11. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
12. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
13. Ensure visual presentation standards and efficient back-of-house organization.
14. Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.

1. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
