3. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of Miu Miu's history and culture.
4. Utilize CRM to maintain client relationships and develop future sales opportunities through personalized approaches.
5. Stay informed about fashion trends and the luxury fashion industry to advise and engage clients.
6. Address client complaints and collaborate with managers and client service teams for resolution.
7. Maintain the highest level of care and respect for products.
8. Leverage digital devices to provide a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience.
9. Collaborate with operations (Back of the House) to maintain an organized stockroom as part of store operations.
10. Adhere to company procedures, operational guidelines, inventory processes, and reporting activities as required by HQ.
11. Ensure consistent outstanding customer experiences and foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication, respecting diversity and inclusion values.
