- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of Miu Miu's history and culture.
- Utilize CRM to maintain client relationships and develop future sales opportunities through personalized approaches.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and the luxury fashion industry to advise and engage clients.
- Address client complaints and collaborate with managers and client service teams for resolution.
- Maintain the highest level of care and respect for products.
- Leverage digital devices to provide a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience.
- Collaborate with operations (Back of the House) to maintain an organized stockroom as part of store operations.
- Adhere to company procedures, operational guidelines, inventory processes, and reporting activities as required by HQ.
- Ensure consistent outstanding customer experiences and foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication, respecting diversity and inclusion values.
