1. Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining stock organization.
14. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster a positive work environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
