Prada Group Application Integration Delivery Lead

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration programs, including the migration of legacy middleware and enablement of modern cloud-native integration platforms.
- Define and manage integration roadmaps, ensuring consistent delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure APIs and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, IT functions, and vendors to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
- Oversee the cutover and stabilization of new integration layers across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Act as the technical delivery owner, understanding and exploiting the architectural principles of the integration platforms, webMethods, and Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Manage internal and external development teams (onshore/offshore) ensuring code quality, performance, and compliance with integration standards.
- Drive the definition of interface specifications, data mappings, and error-handling procedures for end-to-end integrations.
- Engage with Tech Domain Leads to capture requirements, define integration patterns, and ensure operational readiness.
- Translate technical execution into meaningful progress reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Support and guide change management related to the adoption of new integration practices and platforms.
- Ensure full documentation of integration assets, protocols, and error-handling workflows.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for proactive incident prevention.
- Promote continuous improvement and reuse of integration components across domains.
- Master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in complex integration projects, ideally within large-scale global organizations or consulting environments.
- Experience in integration architecture modernization, including migrating legacy ESB environments to modern cloud-native platforms.
- Background in retail or fashion industry processes and technology ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in webMethods (Software AG) and/or Microsoft Azure Integration Services is a plus.
- Deep understanding of integration delivery lifecycle, including design, build, test, deployment, and HyperCare.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and concurrent projects in matrixed organizations.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to integration bottlenecks.
- Solid understanding of retail and fashion business workflows, particularly in relation to ERP (SAP), eCommerce, CRM, and supply chain systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, API lifecycle management, and secure integration design.
- Experience with multi-brand, multi-country deployments and localization considerations.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
8+ years of experience in complex integration projects, ideally within large-scale global organizations or consulting environments.
Master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
