Prada General Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
- Foster Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events in collaboration with other company functions.
- Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication and organization.
- Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages are advantageous.
