Prada Events Specialist

- Curate high-impact retail events to align with revenue targets and drive sales in local and regional stores.
- Ensure seamless execution of seasonal 360° launches by integrating retail, merchandising, and marketing efforts.
- Incorporate exclusive and bespoke offerings into event strategies.
- Manage all aspects of planning and executing in-store events, collaborating with company functions to interpret creative briefs.
- Support event realization by researching talent, onboarding suppliers, scouting locations, and defining timings, set-ups, and budgets.
- Assist the Retail Sales team with event operations and clienteling.
- Supervise service activities such as catering, security, logistics, and models.
- Encourage innovation by identifying new event formats and adapting to client expectations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Guarantee excellence in event execution and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure consistent information flow across functions to streamline communication.
- Manage dedicated budgets, planning, timing, and costs.
- Handle administrative responsibilities within the events department, including SAP, live events calendar, event proposals, and guidelines.
- Identify new suppliers for event implementation and conduct budget negotiations.
- Research and report on competitors’ activities.
- Analyze subsidiaries’ business needs and best practices.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting on all events.
- Support large-scale activations across Retail and Communications.
- Experience in an events role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong relational and organizational skills.
- Interest and aptitude for fashion and luxury products.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in a similar events role within the luxury or fashion industry.
