Prada E-Store Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the brand’s online store, ensuring technical performance, service quality, and accurate catalogue and pricing.
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights for continuous performance optimization.
- Coordinate with Digital, IT, UX/UI, Marketing, CRM, Social, and SEO teams for seamless integrations and aligned campaigns.
- Manage launches, promotions, and execution of the commercial calendar in collaboration with eMerchandising.
- Handle relationships with third-party partners and marketplaces, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Contribute to marketplace growth strategies and performance planning.
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the app.
- Own commercial KPIs across conversion, revenue, AOV, traffic quality, and customer engagement.
- Lead business analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Analyze digital client journeys and behaviors, with a strong understanding of UX/UI KPIs.
- Implement data-driven commercial actions to drive performance.
- Monitor performance, adjusting category visibility and product pushes in real time.
- Present business recaps and strategic recommendations across teams.
- Contribute to the global digital roadmap by identifying experience gaps and proposing enhancements.
- Co-own the e-store’s digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and brand vision.
- Define requirements for new features and UX/UI evolutions, partnering with Product, IT, and Design teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and personalization tools for omnichannel integration.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion, engagement, and navigation.
- Benchmark luxury competitors and industry innovators to inform experience evolution.
- 10 years of e-commerce experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or premium retail.
- Proven experience overseeing site operations for a global or premium brand.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs, UX principles, UI sensibilities, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple releases and ongoing roadmap initiatives.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Contentsquare and PowerBI.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
10 years of e-commerce experience within luxury fashion, beauty, or premium retail, with proven experience overseeing site operations for a global or premium brand.
