Prada E-Operations Intern

- Analyze and evaluate fulfillment performance levels to support and enhance online service levels, including reviewing lead times, pending orders, cancellation rates, and return rates.
- Coordinate initiatives related to E-Operations Store/RWH setup, new packaging, and third-party implementations.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Retail Operations, IT, E-Merchandising, and Client Service to resolve issues and improve operational flow.
- Report on KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of projects and operational flows.
- Successful studies in business management or engineering
- Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers
- Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse international cultures
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
