1. Support the Store Director in defining business strategies to exceed financial targets and maximise sales performance.
2. Make commercial recommendations to drive sales and increase productivity.
3. Coach the store team in developing action plans to exceed KPI targets.
4. Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional service to clients.
5. Foster omni-channel awareness and support the use of digital tools.
6. Promote strong product knowledge and support training needs.
7. Lead recruitment processes and support talent development.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Guarantee excellent client satisfaction through the Prada Selling Ceremony.
10. Collaborate on visual merchandising to attract clients and maximise sales.
11. Ensure strict adherence to cash handling, inventory, and logistics procedures.

1. Experience within a luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
2. Solid understanding of the luxury market and product specifics.
3. Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally department stores.
4. CRM & Clientelling experience is required.
5. Awareness of local employment and retail legislation.
