Prada Department Manager

- Lead the department team to surpass financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies based on departmental performance analysis.
- Encourage cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Ensure exceptional client service by being present on the sales floor and fostering a client-centric environment.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and support the team in utilizing digital tools to achieve business objectives.
- Enhance the E-commerce channel by ensuring timely and high-standard service responses to orders.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant departments.
- Ensure product displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony'.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate and manage the department team, fostering a positive and energetic environment.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and develop internal talent for growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Maintain effective back-of-house organization and uphold company asset protection standards.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
