Prada Department Manager

- Lead the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans by analyzing departmental performance.
- Drive the team to surpass KPI targets and promote cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Encourage Omni-Channel awareness and support the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Support the development of the e-commerce channel by promptly responding to online orders.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to attract clients and maximize sales.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset by developing strong client relationships and delivering meaningful after-sales experiences.
- Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain positive client relationships.

- Promote open communication within the team and lead morning briefings.
- Master all company tools and applications and ensure the team is updated with relevant information.
- Train and inspire the department on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify talent within the team and propose development opportunities to the Store Manager.
- Ensure team development through coaching and regular follow-ups on individual action plans.
- Support the enforcement of company procedures relating to cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Contribute to the effective care of company assets and ensure efficient back-of-house organization.
- Provide feedback regarding departmental needs to the Store Manager and relevant teams.
- Prior experience in luxury or premium brands.
