Prada Department Manager

- Deliver exceptional client experiences to drive cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Lead the team to exceed KPIs by analyzing department performance and implementing targeted action plans.
- Support business growth by sharing commercial insights, market trends, and recommendations with the Store Manager.
- Develop and inspire the sales team through training in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent, encouraging internal development and knowledge sharing through effective communication and briefings.
- Drive department growth by strengthening clienteling activities, expanding the local customer base, and supporting e-commerce development.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising, efficient back-of-house organization, product expertise, and asset protection.
- 5+ years of experience in a leading role within the luxury retail environment.
- Passionate about the product category with strong market and product knowledge.
- Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire peers.
- Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
A minimum of five years in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.
