1. Deliver exceptional client experiences to drive cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
2. Lead the team to exceed KPIs by analyzing department performance and implementing targeted action plans.
3. Support business growth by sharing commercial insights, market trends, and recommendations with the Store Manager.
4. Develop and inspire the sales team through training in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
5. Identify and nurture high-potential talent, encouraging internal development and knowledge sharing through effective communication and briefings.
6. Drive department growth by strengthening clienteling activities, expanding the local customer base, and supporting e-commerce development.
7. Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising, efficient back-of-house organization, product expertise, and asset protection.

1. 5+ years of experience in a leading role within the luxury retail environment.

4. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients.
5. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of five years in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.
