Prada Department Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador and achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
- Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets while ensuring an extraordinary client service experience.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay updated on market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and support the sales team in clienteling activities to grow department sales.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category

- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
