Prada Department Manager

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives within the assigned product category.
- Lead and motivate the department team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service experience, fostering cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Promote the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through engagement and support of clienteling activities, while acquiring new local customers.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure staff grooming standards are met.
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Business-driven mindset

- Problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
