1. Ensure accuracy of customer data inputted by store teams and validate system data accuracy.
2. Review and analyze customer advisor performance, including CRM KPIs and MBOs, and provide strategic insights to store managers.
3. Launch and monitor new CRM systems and functions within the store.
4. Communicate with the local retail team regarding system enhancements and customer reports.
5. Generate and assist in the interpretation of store reports.
6. Manage customer lists and ensure strategic local marketing activities.
7. Assist store managers in setting up in-store CRM action plans, considering event calendars and business environments.
8. Conduct regular CRM training sessions with sales staff.
9. Support store managers in activities related to the VOCE Project, focusing on feedback collection and customer follow-up actions.
