1. Assist the Client Development Manager in enhancing client experiences and managing Gifts & Loyalty programs to strengthen relationships with elite clientele.
2. Support the organization of Very Important Client (VIC) Experiences, including fashion shows, by coordinating client selection, experience production, and administrative tasks.
3. Manage orders and logistics for client loyalty gifts, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
4. Facilitate the Prada Apartment experience by coordinating client invitations and ensuring a luxurious personalized experience.
5. Compile and submit detailed reports on client experiences, including ROI analysis and feedback consolidation.
6. Collaborate with stores to address personalized requests for top VIC clients and assist in international logistics coordination.
7. Provide in-store experience support during VIC Personal Appointments and manage stock transfers and logistics.

1. Detail-oriented and highly rigorous
2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
4. Training in SAP (invoicing) and IVALUA
5. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in CRM reports and KPI analysis
6. High proficiency in written and spoken English
7. Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
8. Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
9. Passion for fashion culture

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client relationship management is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
