1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and develop future opportunities.
3. Promote and embrace an Omni Channel mindset.
4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

2. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and result-driven problem-solving
7. Passion and knowledge of the product category
8. Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus

Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
