1. Provide exceptional in-store customer service and experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to meet sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

2. Problem-solving ability and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Deep passion and knowledge of the product category.
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
