- Provide exceptional customer service and in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
Previous experience in luxury women's ready-to-wear sales is required.
