- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, promoting a positive work environment and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Provide an outstanding in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers at all times.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
- Passion for selling and retail environments
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion and knowledge of the product category managed
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are desirable
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
