- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and brand dynamics.
- Ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is advantageous.
