- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of all interactions.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Ensure the highest quality of sales and customer service by meeting and surpassing KPI goals.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and brand identity.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or through virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and positive work environment.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
