1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and meeting their needs and expectations.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
3. Achieve and surpass KPI goals, ensuring top-tier sales and customer service quality.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
14. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
