- Deliver an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, ensuring the client is the focal point and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Exceed KPI goals by providing high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
