- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
