- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Promote the brand philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the world of Prada brands.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring the best service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
- Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to discuss with customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints with the line manager and client service team when necessary.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the back of house, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Previous experience with premium or luxury brands
- Solid knowledge of luxury products
- Familiarity with KPIs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
Previous experience in a premium or luxury brand environment is required.
