- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring exceptional service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada's products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to provide a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House to maintain organized store operations and stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
Prior experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
